Zaha heading to Cardiff City

Wilfried Zaha in Cardiff for medical

23 January 2014 - 04:28

Wilfried Zaha has arrived in Cardiff for a medical with the Premier League side. The winger has been told by Manchester United that he is free to leave on loan for the remainder of the season.

  • Mikel Arteta insists 27yo star won't be leaving Arsenal
  • Omari Hutchinson wants to continue at Ipswich Town

  • With his World Cup hopes currently under threat, Zaha has decided to move elsewhere and look for first team football at the Bluebirds.

Cardiff will pay a small fee to secure a loan deal for the former Crystal Palace star and it is understood that there will be no clause in that contract that allow the Welsh side to buy Zaha permanently.

David Moyes is expected to complete a deal to sign Juan Mata today and so Zaha is seemingly deemed surplus to requirements for the remainder of the season.
