Alan Shearer is surprised by the rumours that he is being lined up to make a shock return to football - managing England. The ex Newcastle striker has been placed as one of the favorites by several bookmakers.

    According to latest standings in betting markets, former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is the first choice while Aston Villa manager Martin O'Neill and Former Real Madrid boss Fabio Capello follow with ex-striker Shearer in fourth place.
