Alan Pardew’s job hanging in the balance

Alan Pardew’s job hanging in the balance

16 February 2014 - 10:05

Alan Pardew is fighting to save his job at Newcastle United. The Magpies are currently ninth in the table having lost last four home league games without scoring a goal.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game

  • Rumours also abound that Pardew has lost the dressing room and there is a distinct lack of confidence throughout the club.

The former Charlton Manager is currently the second serving manager in the Premier League behind Arsene Wenger and was given an unprecedented eight year deal in September 2012.

Widespread rumours also suggest that with the hasty departure of Joe Kinnear former managing director Derek Llambias could also return to the club.
