Manchester United are reportedly set to join Arsenal in the battle for the signature of Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata during the summer transfer window, according to ESPN.
The report reveals that the 21-year-old is considered as a top transfer priority for underfire boss David Moyes for the next campaign, with star strikers Robin Van Persie and Javier Hernandez likely to leave the club in the summer.
Morata has been attracting interest from a host of top Premier League clubs in Arsenal, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur since the turn of the year, and Los Blancos may well cash in on their Spanish starlet in the summer for a fee of around £25m.
Morata has notched up three goals in 21 games for the La Liga giants so far this season.
