Liverpool are reportedly readying a summer swoop for two of Ajax's emerging talents during the summer transfer window, according to CaughtOffside.
The Red manager Brendan Rodgers is believed to be keen on strengthening the club's midfield and defensive setups, with the club likely to play in the Champions League next season, and is considering moves for centre-back Joel Veltman and attacking midfielder Davy Klaassen.
Rodgers is considering a move for the defender as he has doubts over the consistency of both Daniel Agger and Martin Skrtel, with one of them likely to leave the Reds at the end of the season.
Liverpool are currently 3rd in the Premier League standings.
