Won by former Barcelona youth player Cesc Fabregas last year, the award indicates he is the best under-21 player in Europe in 2007, an accolade few will argue with. Only the third player in Barcelona's history to win the award behind Pep Guardiola and Ronaldo, he is the first ever Argentinean to win this prize since its inception in 1978.
