Richards: set for a move away from Man City?

Micah Richards to quit Manchester City in the summer

13 April 2014 - 10:03

Man City are preparing for life after long serving full back Micah Richards as the 25-year-old reportedly told Manuel Pellegrini that he will quit the Etihad and move elsewhere this summer.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Arsenal handed huge boost ahead of Bournemouth clash

  • With one year remaining on his current deal, the England international is apparently seeking a move away from his current club and has already rejected a new contract offer.

Arsenal and Liverpool have both previously been linked with a move for the long serving star and with Bacary Sagna set to quit the Emirates at the end of this season, Richards would serve as a possible replacement for the Frenchman.

It is understood that Man City would sell Richards this summer for a fee of about 5.5 million GBP.
