  • According to The Mirror, the West London club are willing to offer a one-year deal to the former England international, but the defender must take a pay-cut from his current weekly wage structure £150,000-a-week to around £75,000.

The Blues have followed the policy of offering players over the age of 30 with one-year deals with reduced wages, and the same rule would apply to Terry.

The 33-year-old has made over 600 appearances for the Blues since his debut in 1998.
