Arsenal's attempts to sign Cardiff City goalkeeper David Marshall have been rejected. The talented shot stopper has been lined up by the Gunners as a replacement for Lukasz Fabianski, who joined Swansea City last season.
A report this morning suggests that Cardiff have flat out rejected the Gunners' opening approach for Marshall and are looking for almost double the £6 million offered already.
Marshall has instructed his agent to help him push through a deal before the start of the Championship season.
