Chelsea finally agree transfer fee for Felipe Luis

Chelsea have reportedly agreed a fee worth £20m for the services of Atletico Madrid defender Filipe Luis, according to The Mail.

The talented left-back is believed to have agreed personal terms with the Blues, with the transfer fee being the only hindrance in the deal.

The Mail claims that the West London outfit will finalize the deal by this week, with manager Jose Mourinho keen on having an efficient left-back at the club for the start of the new campaign.

It is understood that Mourinho is not convinced with Cesar Azpilicueta's potential at left-back and this, lured him into sealing a deal for the Atleti defender.
