Arsenal are believed to have made a shock loan bid for Italian forward Fabio Borini, who has been told he is free to leave Liverpool.After Sunderland appeared to miss out on a move for the former Swansea City and AS Roma man, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger could make a surprise bid for the player.
