La Liga giants Real Madrid could make a surprise move for Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea during the winter transfer window.
Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti is believed to be keen on signing a top-class goalkeeper to provide sufficient competition to Keylor Navas for the number one spot, with legendary player Iker Casillas set to leave the club in January.
According to The Express, Real will make a tempting offer for the former Atletico star when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.
De Gea has made 139 appearances for United so far.
