Liverpool unlikely to recall Divock Origi

Liverpool are yet to have contacted Lille about a potential early move to Anfield for Divock Origi. The Belgian international made a permanent move to Liverpool last year and is now on loan back at his former club.

Liverpool have struggled in front of goal this season and there had been a rumour that Brendan Rodgers would bring Origi in early during the January transfer window. However, the French club have denied those reports and Origi is now set to stay on at Lille. Saido Berahino is believed to be a transfer target for the Anfield club as there remains some doubts over the forward's long term future at West Bromwich Albion.
