Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is reportedly set to make a last minute bid for Belgium midfielder Radja Nainggolan. The Belgian star is currently playing for AS Roma in Serie A.

Man Utd have reportedly missed out on a deal for Kevin Strootman and now United are back in to try and sign Radja instead. It is understood that Roma have quoted United £30m for the player.

United are hoping to wrap up a deal for a midfielder before the January transfer window closes tomorrow evening and it is understood Nainggolan is a surprise favourite for a move to Old Trafford.
