Milan worried by Arsenal

Milan worried by Arsenal

21 December 2007 - 22:31

AC Milan are worried with the prospect of playing Premiership leaders Arsenal in the Champions League after the Milan side's director Umberto Gandini admitted his concerns playing the London giants.

  • Chelsea ready to pay €75m for Eduardo Camavinga
  • Chelsea planning move for Strasbourg striker Joaquin Panichelli

  • Milan director Umberto Gandini said: “There were better draws.

“We got the most difficult side that we could have been given.

“But the history books are positive as we beat them in the European Super Cup in 1994 and I hope that augurs well.

“Nonetheless, Arsenal are an excellent side that reached the Final in Paris when they lost to Barcelona.”
