Arsenal have completed the signing of Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech for a reported fee of £10m.
The Czech international was keen on a move elsewhere having been forced to play as an understudy to Thibaut Courtois at the Blues last season.
It has now been officially confirmed that Cech will be a Gunner for the next four years following a successful medical last week.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger revealed his delight at signing the Premier League veteran.
"Petr Cech is a player I have admired for a long time and I am very pleased he has decided to join us." he said.
Cech could feature against former club Chelsea for the Community Shield on August 2.
