Europa League champions Sevilla have reached an agreement over the sale of striker Carlos Bacca to AC Milan.
The Colombian international was expected to leave the La Liga side this summer, with a host of clubs including Liverpool keen on his signature.
However, Milan are believed to have met Bacca's £21m release clause, and the move is likely to go through once the player has a successful medical.
"Agreement reached with @SevillaFC_ENG for the transfer of @carlos7bacca, depending on Bacca passing the medical tests." read a tweet from the Rossoneri's official account.
Bacca scored 28 goals in 55 games for Sevilla last term.
