Spain international David de Gea has not ruled out the possibility of signing a new contract at Manchester United.
The 24-year-old was tipped to make a switch to Real Madrid during the summer transfer window.
However, the proposed transfer fell through after the clubs failed to submit the agreement papers before the Spanish transfer deadline.
Spanish publication Marca now cites that the former Atleti star is open to inking a new deal at Old Trafford.
De Gea is expected to move straight back to the starting line-up as he seeks to earn the number one role with his national side for Euro 2016.
