Arsenal are set to announce the signing of highly-rated Nigerian youngster Kelechi Nwakali.
The young midfielder captained his national side to Under-17 World Cup glory in Chile last summer.
Nwakali had been strongly linked with a switch to the Emirates over the past week, and according to Nigerian outlet Tribune, the 17-year-old has arrived in the English capital to finalize his proposed move.
"I am going to Arsenal to work and try to be the best I can," Nwakali said.
"With God anything is possible, to work hard to justify my claim for first team football.”
The Gunners have already completed the capture of Mohamed Elneny from Basel earlier this month.
