Moyes in no rush for no. 2

17 January 2008 - 23:02

Everton manager David Moyes is in no rush to hire a number 2 and has admitted that he is unlikely to hire one before the end of the season. Moyes is happy with the current setup.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • "It's highly unlikely that I will be making an appointment before the end of the season," Moyes told the club's official website.

"I have been really pleased with work done by Jimmy Lumsden, Andy Holden and Chris Woods since Alan left and at this present time I am keen to maintain the consistency at the club.

"I don't want to make a change at this stage of the season and anyway our own schedule has been too busy for me to make any enquiries regarding the post."
