Reported Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool target Marc Bartra has completed his move to Borussia Dortmund on a long-term contract. The Spain international has accepted the deal following his lack of playing time at Barcelona last season.
The 25-year-old never managed to attain a stable role at centre-back with the likes of Gerard Pique and Javier Mascherano preferred ahead of him in the pecking order.
Dortmund have now triggered the player's reduced release clause of £6m, and the move will go through when the transfer window reopens in July.
Bartra is regarded as a like-for-like replacement for German defender Mats Hummels, who has already agreed to join Bayern Munich over the summer.
