Tottenham Hotspur have made an enquiry for England international midfielder Danny Drinkwater. The Leicester City man wants an improved contract at the Foxes and Spurs are ready to quadruple Drinkwater's salary to bring him to White Hart Lane.
The highly rated midfielder, formerly of Manchester United, is said to have two years remaining on his contract at the Premier League champions and is rumoured to have told his agent that he would like a transfer move elsewhere. Tottenham are preparing a transfer offer of around 18 million GBP to bring the midfielder to Mauricio Pochettino's club.
