Low To Extend Spell With Germany?

Germany To Extend Loew's Deal

12 September 2016 - 19:15

The German FA are keen to extend Joachim Loew's contract beyond the Russia World Cup, President Reinhard Grindel has confirmed.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • The 56 year old's deal runs out after the World Cup in Russia, however at first he was thinking of leaving his post after the unsuccessful Euro 2016 campaign, the Germans had.

Grindel said "I said before the Euros that I can imagine a long term collaboration (with low.)" he also added " I have a very good relationship with low and if he wants to talk about his future then I am ready to do so."

Grindel will hope the German national team will be able to agree a deal with Loew as he has given them success over the last few years.

German will defend their World Cup title in Russia in 2018, they would hope with Joachim Loew at the helm
