Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly return for Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge in the New Year. The England international was the subject of a failed approach from Spurs in the summer.
Sturridge, 27, is prepared to call quits on his Reds career having fallen behind the likes of Roberto Firmino and Divock Origi in the quest to lead the attack.
According to Bleacher Report, Spurs will revive their interest in Sturridge in January having been put off by his £40m price tag last summer.
The former Chelsea man has struggled to make himself at Anfield this season, and this has sort of reduced his overall transfer value.
Sturridge has netted four times for Jurgen Klopp's side this term, all of which have come in the EFL Cup. He currently has less than three years left on his present deal at Liverpool.
