  • The Premier League leaders are hot on the trail on the talented attacker with manager Antonio Conte looking to bolster his options in the right wing-back role.

Victor Moses is currently the sole option to occupy the right-sided position, and the Blues are yet to find someone suitable to compete with the Nigerian international.

According to The Guardian, Conte's side may face defeat in their pursuit of the winger with the Hammers willing to offer a substantial pay rise to the player.

Antonio has been key to the Hammers' upturn in form in recent months, and his hat-trick of assists in the 3-0 win over Crystal Palace displayed the progress he has made at the East London outfit.

The 26-year-old joined Slaven Bilic's side from Nottingham Forest for &pound7m in 2015 and has since notched 17 goals and six assists in all competitions.
