Kylian Mbappe is one of the most wanted players in the world right now, with a series of clubs lining up big money moves for the French youngster. However, reports today suggest that some of the Real Madrid squad do not want the club to sign him.
Last week it was revealed that Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was keen for the deal to be completed for the Monaco wonderkid in the summer, but the potential consequences of the transfer have lead some of the squad to be less than keen on a deal.
Spanish news outlet Don Balon say that the players believe if Mbappe is brought to the Santiago Bernabeu, their team mate Alvaro Morata will be shown the exit in order to create room for him.
Morata is a popular player within the Real Madrid squad, with some of his colleagues believing that he has not been given enough game time by manager Zinedine Zidane, who prefers to pick Karim Benzema instead.
Chelsea have been showing interest in Morata for a while now, as his future at Real Madrid has been brought into question. The signing of Mbappe would almost certainly spell the end of his Madrid career for the second time, after he returned from a spell with Serie A club Juventus.
