The Spain international has seen the Gunners struggle to attain a top-four finish this term, and according to Diario Gol, an agreement has been put in place for his potential return to Camp Nou.

As per the report, the right-back has begun house-hunting in Catalonia ahead of his return to Barcelona, where he spent most of his youth career.

Bellerin has evolved into one of the Premier League's right-back, and this has impressed the Catalan scouts, who have watched him on several occasions this season.

Lionel Messi has been stalling over a new contract at Barcelona in recent weeks, and it appears that the signing of Bellerin could, in turn, see the Argentine extend his association with the club.

Bellerin has been in-and-out of the starting lineup in recent weeks with Arsene Wenger willing to offer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain a chance to impress in the right wing-back position.
