Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly joined Manchester United and Chelsea in the pursuit of Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld.
The Belgium international is currently in a contract standoff with the north London side, and he is being tipped to leave the club at the end of the season.
According to The Mail, Alderweireld has been reluctant to prolong his stay beyond the 2018/19 season, and this may see Spurs offload his services during the summer.
The north London side do have the option of triggering a 12-month extension but that would activate a £25m release clause, which makes him a relative bargain in the current transfer market.
Both United and Chelsea have been strongly linked with the Belgian of late, but according to The Sun, Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to win the race by meeting the defender's requirements.
Les Parisiens are willing to accept to the player's salary demands which stand at around £185,000-a-week, whilst also assuring him of a long-term deal at the club.
Alderweireld started the season as a regular in central defence alongside Jan Vertonghen before sustaining a hamstring injury in November 2017.
Since his comeback, he has been restricted to just two FA Cup appearances with Davinson Sanchez getting the nod ahead of him for the league duties.
