Italian head coach Antonio Conte is reportedly planning a sabbatical from the game once his exit from Chelsea is announced.
The 48-year-old ended the season on a high with the Blues as they celebrated FA Cup success but the club's hierarchy are still disappointed with the club's failure to make the top four.
As such, the former Juventus man is likely to be dismissed in the near future and this may witness him take an extended break from the game, The Telegraph reports.
Conte still has a year left on his existing deal at Stamford Bridge and the Blues could be forced to pay an expensive compensation package of around £9m, if they are to relieve him from his duties.
Chelsea are yet to find a potential successor to Conte but according to recent reports, Maurizio Sarri and Luis Enrique are the front runners for the managerial post.
