Belgium international Eden Hazard is understood to have agreed on contractual terms with Real Madrid ahead of his proposed move away from Chelsea this summer.
Los Blancos have identified Hazard as their leading target to replace Cristiano Ronaldo this summer after Kylian Mbappe dismissed the possibility of leaving Paris Saint-Germain.
According to Calciomercato, Hazard is said to have already agreed terms over a possible switch to the Bernabeu, though the club are yet to finalise a transfer fee with the Blues.
Chelsea have already turned down Los Blancos' initial £107m move for the former Lille graduate but the European champions are expected to make a fresh approach in the near future.
Hazard has been hugely influential towards the Blues' Premier League success in two of the previous four seasons but he appears set for an exit after admitting that it could be the right time to move on.
Meanwhile, compatriot Thibaut Courtois also appears on the verge of a Real Madrid move with the Blues understood to have agreed on a £31m fee for his transfer.
