Manchester United are reportedly not pleased with the recent decision to close the summer transfer window before the Premier League season and they are prepared to vote against the change in the forthcoming meeting.
The Premier League had held a voting during the previous campaign whereby the majority of the clubs accepted the summer transfer window being closed on August 9.
However, the move has not looked favourable given most of the foreign sides are permitted to complete their business until the end of the month and this has supposedly frustrated many Premier League managers.
According to The Mail, United are one among the many clubs not impressed with the current working of the summer transfer window and they are prepared to vote for a return to the end-of-August deadline in a meeting in November.
United boss Jose Mourinho was left frustrated with the failure to sign a central defender before the transfer deadline in early August and the club have since struggled for form with just 10 points from their opening six games.
