Birmingham striker Mikael Forssell is looking for a new contract and is ready to discuss terms shortly. Forssell grabbed a hattrick in the Premiership only last week and has begun showing the form that made him a very highly-rated youngster.
Forssell said; âKarren Brady (Birmingham managing director) wants to get in contact with myself and my agent. That is where it stands at the moment.
âWe havenât spoken about it at all but hopefully that might be resolved before the end of the season. It depends a lot on what the club wants and what I want.
âThere is a two-year option on the contract. It is quite straight-forward. It is not just in Birminghamâs favour. It is a mutual thing so weâve got to have a talk about that.â
