Premier League side Chelsea could reportedly consider the option of recalling striker Tammy Abraham from his loan spell with Aston Villa at the turn of the year.
The England international joined the Villains on a temporary basis from the Blues during the summer transfer window and he has since been in fine form with 11 goals from just 14 Championship appearances.
According to The Mirror, the Blues could integrate the Englishman into their first-team plans at the turn of the year by taking the option of recalling him from west Midlands.
However, a separate report from the Birmingham Mail suggests that may not be the case with the Villains hoping that the Blues will honour the season-long loan agreement.
Villains assistant John Terry has a very close association with the Blues after spending two decades with the club and the 37-year-old could play a key part in the club's quest to keep Abraham at Villa Park.
