Manchester United are prepared to double the wages of Marcus Rashford, should he agree on a new long-term contract with the club.
The England international is presently contracted to United until the summer of 2020 but the club have the option to extend the deal by a further 12 months.
Still, the Mancunian giants keen on committing him to a fresh contract and according to The Mirror, discussions over the same appear to be progressing in the right direction.
Rashford is currently on a £75,000-a-week package at United but the club are prepared to offer him at least £150,000-a-week with added bonuses worth £50,000-a-week.
Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have been among the high-profile clubs linked with the United graduate but the Red Devils remain confident that the youngster will stay put for the long-term.
Rashford has made over 150 appearances for United since making his debut in the backend of the 2015/16 season. He is currently enjoying his best league season with nine goals from 26 games.
