Juventus have reportedly moved ahead of Inter Milan in the pursuit to sign Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku this summer.
The Nerazzurri have been in negotiations for the Belgian over the past month but so far, they have come up with a £54m bid which has been knocked back by the Red Devils.
According to The Mail, the slow progress from Antonio Conte's side has meant that the Bianconeri have jumped ahead in the race and they may propose to offer Paulo Dybala in a straight exchange deal for the marksman.
However, the deal does not remain straightforward, given Lukaku is still keen on working with Conte at the San Siro while Dybala is seemingly reluctant to accept a fresh challenge away from the Turin giants this summer.
Lukaku has played no part in the United's pre-season tour to date and there are strong suggestions that he could leave the side after being excluded from the travelling squad for the friendly against Kristiansund in Oslo.
