The Red Devils are determined to land the Frenchman, and have already agreed personal terms through his agent.

According to Goal.com, talks are already underway with Los Blancos over the potential transfer of the World Cup winner.

Varane is eager to make the move to the Red Devils this summer, but he won't force an exit from the Madrid giants.

The Red Devils are nearing a transfer agreement, and a deal between €45-50m is expected to be finalised next week.

Varane looks set to become the club's second signing of the summer transfer window after the purchase of Jadon Sancho.

His arrival would take their summer outlay to over £110m. They may have to offload players to make more signings.

They are interested in signing a new midfielder with Paul Pogba potentially leaving the club in the next few weeks.

Pogba has emerged as a top target for PSG. He could leave for around £43m, having entered the last year of his contract.
