Manchester United entertain Burnley in the Premier League tonight. The Red Devils will be aiming to return to winning ways after a disappointing 1-1 draw at Newcastle United.
Predicted Line-up:
David de Gea has been an undisputed starter in goal this season. The Spaniard has been exceptional between the sticks with several top-notch saves. He was crucial to United picking up a point at St James' Park.
The backline could see a double change. Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka could replace Alex Telles and Diogo Dalot respectively after an under-par defensive display against the Magpies.
Raphael Varane and Harry Maguire are expected to continue in central defence. Eric Bailly recently travelled back from Ivory Coast after Victor Lindelof tested positive for coronavirus. He is still unlikely to start.
In midfield, interim boss Ralf Rangnick could stick with the familiar duo of Scott McTominay and Fred. The latter was poor last time around and was subbed at half-time. His recent form has still been impressive with two assists and one goal this month.
Bruno Fernandes will be serving a one-game suspension after his fifth yellow card of the league campaign. This could pave the way for Jadon Sancho to accompany Marcus Rashford in attacking midfield.
Cristiano Ronaldo is a definite starter up front. Mason Greenwood looks set to drop to the bench for Edinson Cavani, who made the difference with the equaliser on Monday. He is expected to make his first start since October.
