Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger is relaxed over his future, according to Standard Sport.
The German has entered the final six months of his Blues contract, and he is free to speak with foreign clubs.
Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich are all interested in him, but the centre-back won't rush a decision.
The Blues' hierarchy have declined to meet his £200,000-a-week wage demands, but fresh talks are planned.
Thomas Tuchel has publicly said that he wants Rudiger to stay, but the player has no plans of changing his stance.
It remains to be seen whether the board are willing to increase their contract offer which stands at around £140k-a-week.
The 28-year-old has been almost ever-present in the Premier League since Tuchel took charge as manager in January 2021.
He has put in several stand-out performances over the past 12 months, and has firmly become a favourite among fans.
Aside from Rudiger, Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azpilicueta have also entered the final six months of their Chelsea deals.
