  • Chelsea & Arsenal handed blow in Bundesliga striker pursuit

  • The Frenchman has been in stellar form for the Bundesliga outfit this campaign, bagging 28 goals and 18 assists.

His displays has caught the eye of the Red Devils lately. He has been recommended by interim boss Ralf Rangnick.

According to Sky Germany, the Red Devils are now considering the prospect of signing Nkunku in the next transfer window.

Internal talks have been held at the club, but they are aware that Nkunku could cost a premium price during the off-season.

Nkunku will enter the final two years of his contract in July, but Leipzig are still expected to demand in upwards of £50m.

United are keeping a close eye on the 24-year-old, who can play anywhere in attack, but there is plenty of transfer competition.

Arsenal and Bayern Munich are tracking the proceedings while Nkunku's former club Paris Saint-Germain also want him.
