Manchester United plan to sign Christian Eriksen ahead of their pre-season tour of Australia next week, The Mirror claims.
The Denmark international has verbally agreed terms over a three-year deal, and United are currently sorting out formalities.
A medical is set to be scheduled shortly, and it is claimed that he could then join his new teammates for their Australian trip.
United are presently in Bangkok, Thailand where they are expected to face arch-rivals Liverpool in a friendly game on July 12.
Following the match, they will travel Down Under to Melbourne to face Melbourne Victory and Crystal Palace respectively.
This will be followed by another friendly against Aston Villa in Perth. Eriksen is anticipated to join the squad by this period.
The Dane will provide United with much-needed creativity from the centre of the park. He can also operate from the number 10 role.
