Talented Dutch striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar could be set to shock several European giants as he looks likely to reject Real Madrid, Barcelona and Inter Milan and stay with Dutch side Ajax next season.

Huntelaar’s agent Arnold Oosterver has been in discussions with the Ajax board and Danny Blind regarding Huntelaar's future.



Huntelaar's future is sure to be one of the major talking points of the summer transfer window, but if he is to stay at Ajax it will surely be with a contract more than doubled at the Dutch side.



Huntelaar admitted he would look forward to working with his new boss Marco van Basten: “That’s true, I admire them for what they have achieved, as a striker, I’d like to work with the crème de la crème, two former stars from whom I could learn a lot. It is a possibility and that prospect could certainly influence my decision.”
