Manchester United and Arsenal are both interested in signing Barcelona forward Memphis Depay in the New Year.
The Red Devils recently offloaded Cristiano Ronaldo from their ranks and they are on the look out for a quality replacement.
PSV's Cody Gakpo seems their priority target, but there are also suggestions that they could re-sign Depay from Barcelona.
The Dutchman is about to enter the final six months of his contract and he could be available for just €5 million in January.
Aside from United, Arsenal have also been credited with an interest in the 28-year-old as they seek a short-term striker solution.
The Gunners are set to be without Gabriel Jesus for three months with a knee surgery and Depay could be an ideal signing.
Depay would command a sizeable salary of around £175,000-a-week but his vast experience could come in handy for the club.
The Gunners are aiming to beat Manchester City to the league title this term. They are currently holding a five-point lead at the top.
