Manchester United have been fancied to make a January approach for Lyon striker Moussa Dembele, according to Media Foot.
The Red Devils are eyeing a new centre-forward in January following their decision to terminate the contract of Cristiano Ronaldo.
PSV Eindhoven's Cody Gakpo is the main target for the club, but the hierarchy could also be tempted to pursue a low-cost option.
Dembele has been on their radar for a number of years and it is reported that he could be available for just €10 million in January.
The Frenchman was superb for Les Gones last season with 22 goals and five assists, but he has netted just two times this campaign.
Alexandre Lacazette has been the regular up front ahead of him and he is now prepared to move on from the Ligue 1 giants.
With his contract expiring next summer, he is available for a knockdown fee and it is left to be seen whether United make a move.
