AC Milan will push through a deal to secure the signing of Yunus Musah from Valencia this coming week, with the United States international set to agree terms on a five-year deal in Italy. The 20-year-old midfielder has been considered one of the brightest midfield prospects in the world and is a major coup for the Rossoneri.
A fee of 20 million euros has been agreed between Valencia and Milan, and the player will receive a signing on bonus of around 1 million euros to make the move.
Previously of Arsenal's youth squad, Musah opted to leave the Emirates Stadium in search of regular first-team football, and appeared close to 100 times in La Liga for Valencia. The player has a further 27 caps for his country, having made his debut back in 2020.
Milan have beaten Premier League duo West Ham United and Fulham to his coveted signature, and a deal comes after Milan's third and final bid for the player was accepted.
Musah will join AC Milan's other summer captures Samuel Chukwueze, Noah Okafor, Tijjani Reijnders, Christian Pulisic, Luka Romero, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Marco Sportiello.
