Spurs bid for Gamst Pedersen

Spurs bid for Gamst Pedersen

13 May 2008 - 12:44

Tottenham have made an audacious bid for Morten Gamst Pedersen, Blackburn's Norweigan midfielder. Gamst has not been as useful this season for Rovers as the season before and Spurs are to make an offer for the player.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • Tottenham are reportedly prepared to pay £8 million to land Gamst, and Juande Ramos has already revealed he will be showing the exit door to several players in the summer as he looks to rebuild his squad.

The move seems ambitious from Spurs seeing as they have already added Luka Modric to their squad this summer, but Juande Ramos has set his club the target of Champions League qualification.
