Campo and Stelios exit Bolton

17 May 2008 - 09:23

Bolton Wanderers have shown the exit door to three of their foreign contingent, as Ivan Campo, Stelios and Andranik have all be released from the club. Stelios and Campo have been long-standing servants to the club and their exit is sure to sadden Bolton's fans.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • "Ivan, Stelios and Andranik have all done well for Bolton Wanderers and I'd like to express my gratitude to them,” said Megson. “It's time for them to move on and I wish them all the best."

Campo is expected to return to Spain, and Stelios is wanted by West Brom for their venture into the Premiership next year.

Meanwhile, new deals are being discussed for Jaaskelainen and Ricardo Gardner: "Jussi and Ricardo have both been excellent servants and are still very much part of my future plans for this football club. Hopefully, we can get them secured on new deals as soon as possible."
