Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has dismissed the speculation that Gabriel Jesus could be sold by the club this summer.
The 27-year-old has had a difficult second season with the Gunners and he has scored only four goals in the Premier League.
Jesus has lost his starting spot up front to Kai Havertz in recent months which has further spread speculation over his future.
The Athletic recently reported that Arsenal are prepared to sell him for the right price, but Arteta has refuted those claims.
He said: "No,no. I don't know where this is coming from."
Jesus has been struggling with a nagging knee problem and he has personally admitted that he needs another pre-season.
His form over the summer could determine whether he can turnaround his career. If he is unsuccessful, he could leave next year.
Arsenal may have to cut their losses on Jesus, but they are still likely to secure a reasonable transfer fee from his potential sale.
