Manchester United have confirmed that they have offered new contracts to goalkeeper Tom Heaton and defender Jonny Evans.
The Red Devils released their retention list earlier today where they revealed that Anthony Martial and Raphael Varane would be leaving on free transfers.
Heaton and Evans also have their contracts expiring on June 30, but the club have confirmed that the duo have been offered deals to stay.
The former was the subject of interest from Luton Town last summer, but manager Erik ten Hag rejected the chance to offload him.
Heaton did not make a single appearance in the recent campaign. Andre Onana started in all games but one for the club last term.
Altay Bayindir made the other appearance in goal, but there are reports suggesting that the Turkish star could leave this summer.
Meanwhile, Evans performed above expectations in the recent campaign and definitely deserves to continue as a squad player.
The centre-back would be a handy option to call off the bench.
