Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Leicester City, Garnacho dropped

10 November 2024 - 09:54

Manchester United will be aiming to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they host Leicester City today.

  • Arsenal to hijack Chelsea deal for English winger?
  • Arsenal & Chelsea battling to sign Ajax defender

  • The Red Devils have picked up just one point from the last two league outings, but will be eyeing a victory over the Foxes.

    Formation: 4-2-3-1

    Predicted Line-up:

Andre Onana has been sensational between the sticks for the Red Devils and he is guaranteed to continue as the number one.

Two changes are likely in the backline. Victor Lindelof and Jonny Evans should make way for Matthijs de Ligt and Lisandro Martinez.

Diogo Dalot and Noussair Mazraoui are assured to continue in the full-back positions, but they could swap their roles against the Foxes.

Manuel Ugarte was poor in the win over PAOK in midweek and he could be dropped for Christian Eriksen, who is better going forward.

The experienced Dane has seven goal involvements this campaign and he could come in to partner Casemiro in the heart of the midfield.

Alejandro Garnacho has looked toothless in attack in recent times.

He could be dropped with Marcus Rashford getting the nod on the left wing. Amad is set to start on the right after his brace in midweek.

Bruno Fernandes and Rasmus Hojlund are expected to continue in the number 10 and centre-forward positions as usual, in our opinion.

Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Leicester: Onana; Dalot, De Ligt, Martinez, Mazraoui; Ugarte, Casemiro; Amad, Fernandes, Rashford; Hojlund.
