Manchester United defender Tyrell Malacia will join PSV Eindhoven on loan before the transfer window closes tonight.
The 25-year-old has been a fringe player for the Red Devils since his return from a lengthy knee injury. He has failed to impress with his performances and has now been permitted to depart on loan.
Benfica and Celtic were linked with his services earlier in the transfer window, but PSV have eventually won the race for his signature.
Malacia is 'on his way' to Eindhoven, as per Voetbal International. He is set to sign his short-term loan deal once he undergoes his medical.
The Red Devils do not see Malacia as part of their plans for the future. They are expected to sanction his sale at the end of the campaign.
The club have already landed a replacement in Patrick Dorgu from Lecce. He could make his debut against Leicester City in the FA Cup fourth round.
